Telangana State Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation (TSMSIDC)
Telangana Government vide G.O. Ms. No: 14, HM & FW (C2) Dept., Dt: 28-08-2014 & Memo No. 813/C2/2014, HM & FW Dept., Dt.28.08.2014, has accorded permission to the Managing Director, APMSIDC to initiate action for registration of a new Corporation under the title “Telangana State Medical Services Infrastructure Development Corporation (TSMSIDC)”, under the Telangana Societies Registration Act. Accordingly Telangana State Medical Services Infrastructure Development Corporation was registered vide No.636/2014 on 22.09.2014 under Societies Registration Act, 2001.
In the G.O. Rt. No: 670, HM & FW (C2) Dept., Dt: 13-10-2015, Government of Telangana has approved the De-merger Plan/Proposal of TSMSIDC, which was already approved by the Expert Committee vide D.O. Lr. No: 5614/Expert Committee/2014, Dt: 18-02-2015 and requested the Managing Director, TSMSIDC, Hyderabad shall take action accordingly.
